دوستان عزیز ، عنوان این کتاب "نشانه های اعتماد: معرفی اعتقاد مسیحیت" نوشته "روآن ویلیامز" است. از آنجا که این کتاب یکی از بهترین کتاب ها برای آشنایی و معرفی مسیحیت است ، تصمیم گرفتم این کتاب را به شما معرفی کنم و از آنجا که هیچ ترجمه فارسی برای این کتاب پیدا نکردم ، سعی کردم در این مجموعه مقالات که مبتنی بر درک و فهم من از کتاب است، خلاصه ای از هر فصل را تهیه کنم. امیدوارم از آن لذت ببرید و از آن نهایت استفاده را ببرید.

خلاصه ی فصل اول: به چه کسی باید اعتماد کنیم؟
متأسفانه ، ما در دوره ای زندگی می کنیم که بسیاری از مردم افسرده شده اند ، و آنها فکر می کنند که در زندگی گم شده اند و یا زندگی بی معنی است و ارزش این همه تلاش و رنج را ندارد! بسیار ناراحت کننده است که بسیاری از مردم می گویند مرگ در این زمانه سودمندتر از زندگی کردن است! وقتی آنها نتوانند معنایی برای زندگی پیدا کنند ، سعی می کنند تا با لذت ذهن خود را منحرف کنند ، اما این کار هم هنوز آنها را راضی نمی کند! به خصوص ، وقتی تنها می شوند یا وقتی با مشکلی جدی در زندگی روبرو می شوند ، عمیقا فکر می کنند و می گویند ؛ اصلا چرا باید زندگی کنم ؟! آیا واقعا ارزشش را دارد؟! این به این دلیل است که این افراد ارتباط خود را با روح القدوس و روح زندگی از دست داده اند و بنابراین معنای زندگی را از دست داده و به دروغ اعتماد کرده و ایمان آورده اند! آنها مدتهاست که فکر می کنند که اگرهرچه بیشتر مصرف کنید و پول ، شهرت و دارایی بیشتری داشته باشید ، باید شادتر باشید! بنابراین ، آنها همیشه در رقابت با یکدیگر هستند. در حالی که این عقیده درست نیست! زیرا ما حتی بسیاری از افراد ثروتمند را می بینیم که هنوز هم همیشه در رقابت هستند و هنوز هم حسادت میکنند و رضایت ندارند و حتی موارد خودکشی را در میان آنها نیز می بینیم! در واقع ، هرکسی می تواند ببیند که امروزه بسیاری از افراد شغلهایی را دارند که دوست ندارند تا پولی را بدست آوردند که واقعا بهه آن احتیاج ندارند تا بتوانند با آن پول دیگران و حتی غریبه ها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند، اما بدترین قسمت ماجرا این است که آنها حتی معمولاً آن افراد را هم دوست ندارند یا به آنها واقعا اهمیت نمی دهند! این افراد احساس نارضایتی می کنند و همیشه با دیگران در رقابتی نا تمام هستند ، بنابراین احساس فشار و استرس، حسادت ، احساس کافی نبودن ، ناشایستگی ، و همینطور احساس خستگی و افسردگی می کنند! این موارد نشان می دهد که چیزی اشتباه است ، و این ضرورت یک روان سالم را نشان می دهد. با پیشرفت بیشتر روانشناسی ، ضرورت داشتن یک اعتقاد و اعتماد واقعی و معنی در زندگی را شاهد هستیم ، یعنی یک دین واقعی که یک سیستم اعتقادی واقعی است و می تواند به ما آرامش دهد و به زندگی ما هدف و معنا می بخشد تا بتوانیم رنج های زندگی را تحمل کنیم! اما سوال اصلی این است: به چه کسی و به کجا باید اعتماد کنیم و چرا آنجا؟
خوب ، اگر بیش از آنکه به مادیات ، پول ، رقابت و قدرت علاقه داشته باشیم ، به عشق اهمیت دهیم چه اتفاقی می افتد؟ در این صورت ، هیچ رقابتی وجود نخواهد داشت ، زیرا وقتی عاشق هستید ، به دنبال قدرت یا کنترل دیگران نیستید و وقتی عاشق هستید ، رقابت نمی کنید! بنابراین ، مردم احساس آرامش و عشق و آرامش و صلح می کنند! یعنی به نظر می رسد که جواب این است: عشق! به همین دلیل است که در کتاب مقدس انجیل خوانده ایم که "خدا عشق است!" عشق راه حل است ، بنابراین خدا راه حل است!
انجیل اول یوحنا باب ۴ آیه ی ۷ و ۸:
"ای حبیبان، یکدیگر را محبّت بنماییم زیرا که محبّت از خداست و هرکه محبّت می‌نماید از خدا متولد شده است و خدا را می‌شناسد، و کسی که محبّت نمی‌نماید، خدا را نمی‌شناسد زیرا خدا محبّت و عشق است."
در حقیقت ، بدون عشق ، ترس از مرگ و زندگی بی معنی و این واقعیت که در هنگام مرگ همه مادیات را از دست خواهیم داد ، ما را خسته و نا امید خواهد کرد. علاوه بر این ، اگر فقط به پول و قدرت و مادیات اهمیت دهیم ، اساساً ایده هر چیزی به جز مادیات و دنیای فیزیکی را رد می کنیم! یعنی ما هر چیزی که بعد از مرگ هست را رد می کنیم! ما عشق را رد می کنیم و خدا را رد می کنیم! اما چرا عشق را درد میکنیم؟ زیرا در این صورت ، اگر چیزی بعد از مرگ وجود نداشته باشد ، غیر منطقی است که آنچه را که می توانید در اختیار خود داشته باشید و برای خود داشته باشید به شخص دیگری هدیه بدهید! به عبارت دیگر ، عشق یا مهربانی یا خدا چیزی است که مربوط به روان و روح و وجدان و ذهن ناخودآگاه ما باشد و مربوط به منطق ریاضی نیست! و ما نمی توانیم بدون یک روان سالم یا یک باور واقعی به آرامش برسیم. بنابراین ، اگر می خواهیم سعادت و رستگاری پیدا کنیم ، باید خدا را در قلب خود پیدا کنیم ، سعی کنیم او و اصول او را بشناسیم و این اصول خدا را به کار ببریم زیرا این اصول عشق است.
خدا به چیزی احتیاج ندارد! خداوند به دعای ما و یا هیچ چیز دیگری از ما احتیاج ندارد زیرا این حق تعالی و آفریننده و صاحب همه چیز است. خدا از قبل همه چیز را دارد! خدا چیزها را از هیچ خلق می کند! دلیل اینکه خدا ما را از روی وجهه خودش آفریده این است که خدا عشق است و خدا می خواست شادی و خوشبختی خود را تقسیم کند و با چیزی که خودش نیست برکت دهد. زیرا این دقیقاً همان کاری است که یک عشق بی قید و شرط انجام خواهد داد! عشق بی قید و شرط در عوض عشق ورزیدن به چیزی احتیاج ندارد! و این ذات خداست. در واقع ، ما کسانی هستیم که از ایمان به خدا بهره مند می شویم زیرا اگر به خدا ایمان داشته باشیم ، به عشق ایمان داریم و اگر به عشق ایمان داشته باشیم ، سعی می کنیم یکدیگر را دوست داشته باشیم و دنیا بدون حسادت و رقابت و یا قدرت بر دیگران، مکان بهتری خواهد بود و در این صورت ، زندگی ما معنی دار خواهد بود. افرادی که به خدا یا عشق اعتقاد دارند می توانند رنج های زندگی را نیز راحت تر تحمل کنند. آنها می دانند که در فقر قداستی وجود ندارد و آنها هم در زندگی همچنین در تلاشند تا پول بیشتری کسب کنند ، اما نه برای استفاده از این پول برای کنترل و قدرت بر دیگران و نه برای رقابت و نه به خاطر خود پول ، بلکه برای استفاده از این پول برای کمک به دیگران و عشق ورزیدن بیشتر! با این حال ، معمولاً افرادی که خدا و عشق را انتخاب می کنند ، کسانی هستند که در گذشته درد و تنهایی و بی رحمی را تجربه کرده اند. بنابراین ، آنها ارزش عشق و ستایش و صلح را بهتر از دیگران می دانند زیرا ذهن ما دوگانه کار می کند و تضاد و ضدیت دو چیز با هم، امور را برای ذهن ما روشن تر می کند. معمولاً فردی که بیمار بوده و بیمار است ، ارزش واقعی سلامتی را بهتر می داند.
خداوند متعال است و او این جهان را خلق کرده است فقط به این دلیل که عاشق آن بوده است و این بهترین راهی است که می توان این خلقت را انجام داد و بعداً توضیح می دهم که چرا چنین است! قبلاً گفتیم ، خدا می خواست شادی و خوشبختی خود را تقسیم کند ، اما برای این منظور ، او مجبور شد ما را از روی تصویر خودش خلق کند تا بتوانیم شادی ، ستایش و آرامش او را احساس کنیم و اگر می خواهیم احساس خوشبختی و شادی و آرامش خدا را احساس کنیم، طبیعتا ما باید سعی کنیم مثل او باشیم! بنابراین ، ما باید اصول او را یاد بگیریم. خدا این را می دانست ، بنابراین تصمیم گرفت اصول خودش را که اصول عشق هستند به ما بیاموزد تا بتوانیم با او باشیم و او را دوست داشته باشیم. خداوند متعال و فعال است و او بهتر می داند که راه چیست و حقیقت چیست و می خواهد به ما کمک کند و به ما یاد دهد ، بنابراین او پسر خود ، عیسی مسیح را به این دنیا فرستاد تا اصول خدا را به ما بیاموزد. عیسی مسیح می گوید: "تا همه یک گردند چنانکه تو ای پدر، در من هستی و من در تو، تا ایشان نیز در ما یک باشند تا جهان ایمان آرد که تو مرا فرستادی." (یوحنا 17:21).
اما اگر اراده آزاد نداشته باشیم ، نمی توانیم مانند خدا باشیم!
بعضی از افراد به خدا انتقاد میکنند و میگویند اگر شیطان دشمن خدا است پس چرا خدای قادر و توانا او را از بین نمیبرد؟ خب، بیایید فرض کنیم که خدا تمامی بدی ها و شرها و شیطان را از خلقت نابود و پاک کند، آیا در آن صورت میتوان گفن که فردی که کارها و انتخاب های خوب و خبر میکند، فردی درستکار و خوب و فاضل است؟ مسلما خیر! زیرا در آن صورت، آن فرد انتخابی جز خوب بودن نداشته است و در حقیقت آن فرد قدرت انتخاب آزاد بین خوبی و بدی را ندارد.به عبارت دیگر، اگر خدا اکنون همه چیز را از شر و بدی پاک کند ، مردم قدرت انتخاب واختیار نخواهند داشت. تنها فردی حقیقتا خوب است که قادر به بد و شر بودن هم باشد اما از روی قصد و مختارانه خوبی و خیر را انتخاب کرده باشد. به همین دلیل است که فرد باید ضعف ها و سایه ی درون خود را بشناسد تا آن راکنترل کند. خدا قصد دارد تا همه انسان ها را آموزش دهد تا به سعادتمندی برسند و به همین دلیل خدا به ما قدرت انتخاب و اختیار آزاد داد تا مردم، در عین قادر بودن به بد بودن خوبی و خدا را از عمد و داوطلبانه انتخاب کنند و با پیروی از آموزش های خدا حقیقتا انسان های کامل و خوبی شوند و همانطور که عیسی مسیح میگوید: "در كتب انبیا نوشته شده است: همه از خدا تعلیم خواهند یافت. بنابراین هرکس صدای پدر را شنیده واز او تعلیم گرفته باشد، نزد من می‌آید."(انجیل یوحنا 6:45).
خدا عشق است و عشق همه ما را نجات خواهد داد. اعتماد خود را به عشق بگذارید ، بنابراین ، ما باید به خدا اعتماد و ایمان داشته باشیم!

Tokens of Trust: An Introduction to Christian Belief (a summary of chapter 1)
Dear Friends, The title of this book is "Tokens of Trust: An Introduction to Christian Belief" by Rowan Williams. Since this book is one of the best books to get acquainted with and introduced to Christianity, I decided to introduce this book to you, and since I did not find any Persian translation for this book, I have tried to make a summary of each chapter in this series of articles which is based on my realisation and understanding of the book. I hope you enjoy it and make the most out of it.

Chapter 1: Whom should we trust?
Unfortunately, we are living in a time that many people are depressed, and they are thinking that they are lost, or the life is meaningless, and it is not worth all the effort or sufferings! It is very sad that many people say that death is more beneficial than life at this time! When they cannot find a meaning for life, they try to distract themselves by joy, but it still does not satisfy them! Especially, when they get alone or when they confront a serious problem in life, they would think deeply, they would say; so, why should I live?! Is it really worth it?! It is because these people have been losing their connection to the holy spirit, and therefore, they have lost the meaning of life and they have been trusting and believing in lies! They have been thinking for a long time that the more you consume and the more money, fame, and possessions you have, the happier you should be! So, they are always in competition with each other. While it is not true! Because we see even many wealthy people who are still and always in competition and who are still jealous and unsatisfied, and we see even suicidal cases among them as well! In fact, anybody can see that nowadays, many people have jobs that they do not like in order to earn money that they don’t really need to impress other people and even strangers with that money, but the worst part is that they do not even usually like or care about those people either! These people are feeling unsatisfied and they are always in competition with others, so they feel intense, jealous, not enough, not worthy, exhausted, and depressed!
These things imply that something is wrong, and it shows the necessity of a healthy psyche. As psychology progresses more, we witness the necessity of having a true belief and trust and meaning in life i.e. a true religion which is a true belief system and it can give us calmness and it gives purpose and meaning to our life so that we can tolerate the sufferings of life! But the question is: Where should we put our trust and why there?
Well, what will happen if we care about love more, rather than materials, money, competition, and power? In that case, there would be no competition, because when you love, you don’t seek power or control over others and when you love, you do not compete! So, people will feel relaxed and loved and calm and peaceful! I.e. it looks like that the answer is: love! That is why we have read in the bible that God is Love! Love is the solution, so God is the solution!
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. (1 John 4:7-8)
In fact, without love, the fear of death and a meaningless life and the fact that we will lose all the materials at the time of our death, will exhausts us. Besides, if we only care about money and power, we are basically rejecting the idea of anything except materials and physical world! i.e. we are rejecting anything after death! We are rejecting love and we are rejecting God! Because in that case, if there is nothing after death, it would be irrational to give someone else what you can own and have for yourself! In other words, love or kindness or God is something which is related to our psyche and spirit and our unconscious mind! And we cannot find peace without a healthy psyche or a true belief. So, we should find God in our heart, try to know him and his principles and apply these principles of God because they are the principles of love, if we want to find happiness and salvation.
God does not need anything! God does not need our prayers or anything from us because it is almighty. God has everything already! God creates things out of nothing! The reason that God has created us out of his own image, is that God is Love and God wanted to share his own joy and happiness and bless with something which is not himself. Because that is exactly what an unconditional love will do! Unconditional love does not need anything in return! And this is the very nature of God. In fact, we are the ones who benefit from believing in God because if we believe in God, we believe in love and if we believe in love, we try to love each other, and the world would be a better place without jealousy or competition or power over others and in that case, our life will be meaningful. The people who believe in God or Love can tolerate the sufferings of life easier as well. They know that there is no holiness in poverty and they are also working to earn more money, but not to use that money for control and power over others and not for competition and not for the sake of money itself, but to use that money to help and love others even more! However, usually, the people who choose God and Love, are the ones who have already experienced pain and loneliness and cruelty; therefore, they know the value of love and praise and peace better than others because our mind works in duality and contrast makes things more clear for our mind. Usually, the one how has been sick and ill knows the true value of health better.
God is almighty and he has created this world just because he loved it and that is the best way that this creation could be done, and I explain later why it is that! We said previously, God wanted to share his own joy and happiness but in order to that, he had to create us out of his own image so that we could be able to feel his joy, praise and peace and if we want to feel his happiness and joy and peace, we should try to be like him! So, we had to learn his principles. God knew it, so he decided to teach us his own principles which are love’s principles so that we can be with him and like him. God is almighty and active and he knows better what is the way and what is the truth and he wants to help us and teach us, so he sent his only son, Jesus Christ, to this world to teach us God’s principles and as Jesus Christ says: “that they may all be one. As you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” (John 17:21). But we cannot be like God, if do not have the free will!
Some people criticize God and say that if Satan is the enemy of God, then why God Almighty does not destroy him? Why God created a world full of pains? Why he lets these pains and evils be? Well, let us assume that God destroys all evils and Satan from creation, then can it be said that a person who makes good deeds and choices is a righteous, good and virtuous person? Absolutely not! Because in that case, that person has no choice but to be good, and in fact, that person has no power to choose freely between good and evil. i.e. if God wipes out the wold from evil now, people will not have free-will. Only a person is really good who is able to be bad and evil, but he/she has chosen God and good intentionally and voluntarily even if it is harder. This is why one must know one's weaknesses and inner shadow in order to control it. God intends to teach all human beings to achieve happiness and goodness, and for this reason, God has given us the power of free choice and free-will so that people, while being able to be bad, choose goodness and God intentionally and voluntarily, and become truly perfect and good human beings by following God's teachings and as Jesus says: "It is written in the Prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who has heard the Father and learned from him comes to me. (John 6:45).
God is love and love will save us all. Put your trust in love, so, we should trust and believe in God!
