دوستان عزیز ، عنوان این کتاب "نشانه های اعتماد: معرفی اعتقاد مسیحیت" نوشته "روآن ویلیامز" است. از آنجا که این کتاب یکی از بهترین کتاب ها برای آشنایی و معرفی مسیحیت است ، تصمیم گرفتم این کتاب را به شما معرفی کنم و از آنجا که هیچ ترجمه فارسی برای این کتاب پیدا نکردم ، سعی کردم در این مجموعه مقالات که مبتنی بر درک و فهم من از کتاب است، خلاصه ای از هر فصل را تهیه کنم. امیدوارم از آن لذت ببرید و از آن نهایت استفاده را ببرید.

خلاصه فصل سوم: مردی برای همه فصول و دوران ها
در دو فصل اول ، ما در مورد خدا صحبت کردیم و اینکه خداوند متعال است و او به چیزی احتیاج ندارد و از آنجا که او عشق است ، ما را از روی تصویر خودش آفرید تا سعادت ، شادی ، عشق و خوشبختی خود را با ما تقسیم کند زیرا این همان کاری است که عشق بی قید و شرط انجام می دهد و بنابراین ، خدا قابل اعتماد است ، و خدا عشق است و وجود او مستقل از عقلانیت و منطق است ، گرچه از نظر ریاضی ، خدا احتمالاً وجود دارد. ما گفتیم که خدا و شر هر دو به عنوان انسان در درون همه ما هستند و حتی خود عیسی مسیح گفت: "چرا مرا خوب و نیکو خطاب میکنی؟ در حالی که هیچ کس خوب نیست - به جز فقط خدا. " (مرقس 10:18). عیسی گفت که اگرچه فرزند خدا بود ، اما بارها خود را پسر انسان می خواند و عیسی مسیح نیز قادر به گناه کردن بود ، اما او عمداً خوب بودن را انتخاب کرد و او قطعا سایه ها و شر و وسوسه ها را درون خود در بالاترین درجه کنترل کرد. برای بررسی دقیق این موضوع ، در کتاب مقدس می خوانیم که پس از تعمید توسط یحیی تعمید دهنده ، عیسی توسط روح القدس آزمایش شد و 40 شبانه روز در صحرای یهود توسط شیطان وسوسه شد. در این مدت شیطان نزد عیسی آمد و سعی کرد او را وسوسه کند. عیسی از هر وسوسه امتناع ورزید ، شیطان رفت و عیسی به جلیل بازگشت تا رسالت خود را آغاز کند.
ما در انجیل میخوانیم: "آنگاه روح خدا عیسی را به بیابان بُرد تا شیطان او را در مقابل وسوسه ها امتحان کند. 2 عیسی چهل شبانه روز، روزه گرفت و آخر گرسنه شد. 3 در آن وقت وسوسه کننده به او نزدیک شده گفت: «اگر تو پسر خدا هستی بگو این سنگ ها نان بشود.» 4 عیسی در جواب گفت: «نوشته شده است: زندگی انسان فقط بسته به نان نیست، بلکه به هر کلمه ای که خدا می فرماید.» 5 آنگاه شیطان او را به بیت المقدس برده بر روی بام عبادتگاه، قرار داد 6 و به او گفت: «اگر تو پسر خدا هستی خود را از اینجا به پایین بینداز زیرا نوشته شده است: او به فرشتگان خود فرمان خواهد داد و آنها تو را بر روی دست خواهند برد مبادا پایت به سنگی بخورد.» 7 عیسی جواب داد: «همچنین نوشته شده است: خداوند، خدای خود را امتحان نکن.» 8 بار دیگر شیطان او را بر بالای کوه بسیار بلندی برد و تمامی ممالک جهان و شکوه و جلال آن ها را به او نشان داد 9 و گفت: «اگر پیش من سجده کنی و مرا بپرستی، همۀ اینها را به تو خواهم داد.» 10 عیسی به او فرمود: «دور شو، ای شیطان، نوشته شده است: باید خداوند، خدای خود را بپرستی و فقط او را خدمت نمایی.»
11 آنگاه شیطان عیسی را ترک نمود و فرشتگان آمده او را خدمت کردند."
(انجیل متی باب ۴ آیات ۱ تا ۱۱)
بنابراین این گفته نادرست است که می گویند عیسی قادر به گناه نبود ، زیرا او قادر به گناه بود و دارای اختیار بود و وسوسه شد ، اما ترجیح داد گناه نکند. به همین دلیل است که او فرزند خدا و نمونه کامل همه انسانها است. در آن آیه دیدیم که شیطان ادعا می کند می تواند همه دنیا را به عیسی عطا کند و به نوعی شیطان ادعا می کند که بر این جهان حکومت می کند. ما توضیح دادیم که خدا اجازه داد شیطان انسانها را وسوسه کند و بر این جهان حکومت کند زیرا خدا می خواست به اختیار انسانها احترام بگذارد. خدا می داند که ما فقط وقتی واقعاً خوب هستیم که قادر به بد بودن هم باشیم ، اما ما خدا و خوب را به طور هدفمند و عمدی و آزادانه انتخاب کنیم. و اگر خدا و خیر را عمداً انتخاب کنیم ، حتی اگر انتخابی سخت تر باشد ، پس ما واقعاً پسر و دختر خدا هستیم و همانطور که خود عیسی مسیح گفت: "من گفتم که شما خدایان هستید و همه شما فرزندان خدای متعال هستید" (مزمور باب ۸۲ آیه ۶ ). عیسی گفت: "عیسی در جواب گفت: «مگر در شریعت شما نوشته نشده است که شما همه خدایان هستید؟ اگر خدا کسانی را که کلام او را دریافت کرده اند خدایان خوانده است و ما می دانیم که کلام خدا هرگز باطل نمی شود، پس چرا به من که پدر، مرا برگزیده و به جهان فرستاده است نسبت کفر می دهید وقتی می گویم پسر خدا هستم؟" (یوحنا باب ۱۰ آیات ۳۴ تا ۳۶). در واقع ، اگر ما خدا و خیر را انتخاب کنیم ، قرار است در بدن مسیح یکی باشیم همانطور که عیسی گفت: " تا همۀ آنها یکی باشند آنچنان که تو ای پدر در من هستی و من در تو و آنها نیز در ما یکی باشند و تا دنیا ایمان بیاورد که تو مرا فرستاده ای." (یوحنا ۱۷:۲۱)
انسان باید انتخاب کند که چه کسی را که دنبال می کند. آیا انسان قرار است به دنبال سایه / شیطان / ضعف های درونی خود برود و پیروی شیطانی را بکند که دروغ می گوید و به قدرت و کنترل کردن دیگران اعتقاد دارد و مردم را برده خود می کند ، و یا آیا انسان به دنبال خدائی صادق و معتقد به عشق ، آزادی و حق و آزاد بودن همه است، میرود و او را پیروی میکند؟ با توجه به طبیعت انسان ها که اگر از نظر قلبی پاک باشند ، به طور طبیعی جذب عشق می شوند ، انسان ها می توانند در مسیح رشد کنند. و همانطور که دکتر کارل یونگ می گوید: "عیسی مسیح نمایانگر مجموعه ای از یک نوع الهی یا آسمانی است ، یک انسان با شکوه ، یک پسر خدا." و دلیل اینکه میلیاردها انسان مسیح را دوست دارند این است که آنها می توانند کهن الگو "خویشتن" را در مسیح تشخیص دهند و می خواهند مانند مسیح باشند. ما همچنین در کتاب مقدس می خوانیم: "خوشا بحال پاکدلان، زیرا ایشان خدا را خواهند دید." (متی ۵:۸)
مسیح بالاترین سطح آگاهی است که برای ذهن انسان قابل درک است زیرا خدا ، خودش ، خود را در عیسی مسیح مجسم و متناسخ کرده است تا ما را تعلیم دهد و راهنمایی کند. خداوند، متعال و عالی ترین و حکیم ترین است. با در نظر داشتن این مسئله در ذهن خود، خداوند اجازه داد شیطان نیز وجود داشته باشد و او اجازه داد شیطان بر این جهان حکمرانی کند در حالی که می توانست خلاف این کار را انجام دهد ، و همچنین به ما اجازه داد که با اختیارو آزادی خود بتوانیم خوب یا بد باشیم ، و در عین حال ، خدا تصمیم گرفت که یک انسان شود و اصول خود و راه نجات را از طریق عیسی مسیح که پسر انسان بود به ما بیاموزد. فقط به این دلیل که خداوند شیطان را فرمانروای این دنیا قرار داد ، این موضوع بدان معنا نیست که ما باید از شیطان پیروی کنیم! بلکه دقیقاً برعکس! خداوند به شیطان اجازه داده است که حاکم این جهان باشد تا شیطان ما را وسوسه کند تا در حالی که اختیار و اراده آزاد داریم بتوانیم هم شر و هم خدا را به خوبی بشناسیم و آن ها را در ذهن انسانی خود هم از همدیگر تفکیک کنیم. بنابراین، ما باید با سایه ها و بدی های خود روبرو شویم و در مبارزه با سایه و شیطان درون خود و وسوسه های آن پیروز شویم و ما باید آن را کنترل کنیم و سپس چون ذهن انسان ما در دوگانگی و قطبیت کار می کند، در این صورت ، در نتیجه ، ما مجبور میشویم تا خدا را نیز بشناسیم و سپس می توانیم داوطلبانه و آزادانه از خدا پیروی کنیم و واقعاً خوب و خداگونه در بدن مسیح باشیم! خدا می دانست که برای آموزش صحیح ما ، باید با تجسم و تناسخ شدن درعیسی مسیح، مثال و الگوی کاملی از خودش ساخته و مانند ما انسان باشد تا بتوانیم خدا را درک کنیم. و همانطور که در عقاید رسولان می گوییم ، عیسی مسیح توسط روح مقدس متولد شد ، از مریم باکره متولد شد ، و تحت پونتیوس پیلاطس رنج دید و مصلوب شد ، مرده و به خاک سپرده شد. او به جهنم فرود آمد ، روز سوم او دوباره از مردگان زنده شد و به بهشت صعود کرد و در سمت راست خدا نشست. او همه این کارها را برای ما انجام داد تا ما را راهنمایی کند و ما را از گناهان خود ما، با نشان دادن و تعلیم به ما، نجات دهد و این بالاترین سطح فداکاری و عشق بوده است! همانطور که روان ویلیامز در این فصل می گوید: "عیسی برترین کسی است که خدا را معتبر و قابل اعتماد می کند." و دکتر کارل یونگ همچنین می گوید: "اگر این واقعیت را بپذیرم که خدایی مطلق و فراتر از همه تجارب بشری است ، او مرا سرد و تنها می کند. نه من او را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهم و نه او مرا. اما اگر بدانم که خدا انگیزه قدرتمندی و ضربانی در روح من است ، بلافاصله باید خودم را با او درگیر کنم ، زیرا در این صورت او می تواند مهم شود. " یونگ می گوید: "اگر خدا بخواهد به عنوان یك انسان متولد شود و بشر را در مشاركت و پیروی از روح مقدس متحد كند ، عذاب وحشتناكی را متحمل می شود كه مجبور است دنیا را در واقعیت دنیا تحمل كند. این یک اصل مهم است ، او خودش صلیب خودش است. دنیا رنج خداوند است و هر انسانی که آرزو دارد حتی به تمامیت خود نزدیک شود ، به خوبی می داند که این به معنای تحمل صلیب خودش است. اما وعده ابدی برای کسی که صلیب خود را یدک می کشد ، روح مقدس است. تصویر خدا توسط فرود مسیح به جهنم در مصلوب شدن از بین نرفت ، بلکه فقط آسیب دیده و تغییر شکل داد و دوباره توانست از طریق لطف خدا بازیابی شود. این یکپارچگی با فرود آمدن روح مسیح به جهنم نشان داده می شود ، کاری به خاطر رستگاری که در آن مسیح حتی مردگان را نیز در آغوش می گیرد. از آنجا که مسیح بسیار کامل و فداکارانه زندگی کرده بود ، با رستاخیز شدن بدنش از مرگ، پیروز شد. معادل روانشناختی و روانکاوانه این واقعه و یکپارچگی، یکپارچه شدن ناخودآگاه جمعی است که بخشی اساسی از فرآیند خودشناسی را تشکیل می دهد." خودشناسی فرآیندی از دگرگونی است که به موجب آن ناخودآگاه شخصی و ناخودآگاه جمعی یکپارچه شده و به ذهن خودآگاه انسان وارد میشود. به عبارت دیگر، خودشناسی به معنای دانستن و شناختن شرو شیطان درونی و مقابله با آن و کنترل آن و در نتیجه ، شناختن و اطاعت از نور و خدای مهربات و قادر مطلق به صورتی کامل و فداکارانه.
هرچند در روزگار و زمانه عیسی مسیح هیچ چیز ملموس و واضحی درباره ی عیسی مسیح وجود نداشت ، از آنجا که عیسی مسیح پاکترین نماینده خود واقعی یا کهن الگوهای یونگی "خویشتن" در روان همه ما انسان ها است ، کسانی که قلب پاک داشتند می توانستند سخنان او را بشنوند و او را شناسایی کنند و این موضوع هنوز هم در مورد مردم در زمان ما صادق است. خدا ما را به صورت ابدی دوست دارد و خدا خلقتش را همیشه دوست دارد و خدا هرگز رابطه عاشقانه ای را شروع نکرده ، بلکه در واقع این جنبه ای از ابدیت اوست که به صورت همیشگی و فراتر از زمان وجود دارد، بنابراین ، او در عیسی مسیح تجسم و تناسخ یافت تا به ما تعلیم دهد. ما به عنوان مسیحیان باید با پیروی از مثال و الگوی کامل عیسی مسیح، در مسیح رشد کنیم. ما باید زندگی روزمره خود را طبق اصول و تعالیم عیسی مسیح طی کنیم. روان ویلیامز می گوید: "تعالیم مسیحی یک موضوع ایستا و بی حرکت نیست. بلکه در تعالیم مسیحی، انسان همیشه سعی می کند از آخرین اشتباهات خود بیاموزد. " مسیح مثال و الگو کاملی از تعادل است ، یک مثال و الگو کامل از پسر انسان بودن و پسر خدا بودن در آن واحد و همزمان! ما در تاریخ مسیحیت ، گاهی اوقات بیش از حد بر عیسی انسانی تأکید می کنیم و بعد الهی او را فراموش می کنیم و خیلی اوقات و حتی بیشتری از اوقات هم، برعکس است و بیش از حد بر عیسی الهیی تاکیید میکنیم و بعد انسانی او را فرراموش میکنیم، اما به نوعی و طریقی، زبان و دعاها و تصاویر دوباره تعادل خود را پیدا می کنند و به کار خود ادامه می دهند زیرا خدا ما را از تصویر و روح خودش ساخته و روح ما از همان ذات خداوند است. بنابراین، هر کس ، با سایه و ضعف و شر و شیطان درون خود روبرو شود و در نبرد با شیطان درون خود پیروز شود و شر درون خودش را کنترل کند ، به ناچار باید خدا و مسیح را نیز در قلب خود ببیند. همانطور که دکتر کارل گوستاو یونگ می گوید: رویارویی یک فرد با سایه اش نشان دادن نور خودش به خود او است! مسیح خدایی است که خود را در بدن انسان تجسم و تناسخ کرد تا به ما بیاموزد که چگونه به خانه برگردیم و با او یکی باشیم. بنابراین ، عیسی مسیح در کتاب مقدس گفته است که حاکم این دنیا بر من قدرت ندارد. بنابراین ، مسیح راه است. مسیح آغاز و پایان است.

Tokens of Trust: An Introduction to Christian Belief (a summary of chapter 3)
Dear Friends, The title of this book is "Tokens of Trust: An Introduction to Christian Belief" by Rowan Williams. Since this book is one of the best books to get acquainted with and introduced to Christianity, I decided to introduce this book to you, and since I did not find any Persian translation for this book, I have tried to make a summary of each chapter in this series of articles which is based on my realisation and understanding of the book. I hope you enjoy it and make the most out of it.

Chapter 3: A man for all seasons
In the first two chapters, we talked about God and the fact that God is almighty and he does not need anything and since he is love, he created us out of his own image to share his bliss, joy, love and happiness with us because that is what unconditional love does and therefore, God is trustworthy, and God is love and his existence is independent of rationality and logic, although mathematically, God exists most probably. We said that both God and evil are within all of us as humans and even Jesus Christ himself said: “Why do you call me good? No one is good--except God alone.” (Mark 10:18). Jesus said that because although he was the son of God, he repeatedly called himself the son of man and as a human, Jesus Christ was also able to be evil, but he chose to be good intentionally and he definitely controlled his own shadows and evil at the highest degree. To fact check this, we read in the bible that after being baptized by John the Baptist, Jesus was tested by the holy spirit, and he got tempted by the devil for 40 days and nights in the Judaean Desert. During this time, Satan came to Jesus and tried to tempt him. Jesus having refused each temptation, Satan then departed, and Jesus returned to Galilee to begin his ministry.
We read in the bible:
“Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written: “He will command his angels concerning you, and they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.” Jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.” Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendour. “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only. Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him (Matthew 4: 1-11).
So, it is a false statement to say that Jesus was unable to sin, because he was able to sin and he had free-will and he got tempted, but he chose not to sin. That is why he is the son of God and the perfect example for all humans. In that verse, we saw that Satan claimed that he can give all the world to Jesus and somehow Satan claimed that he rules this world. We explained that God let Satan tempt humans and rule this world because God wanted to respect the free-will of humans. God knows that we are truly good only if we can also be able to be bad, but we choose God and Good purposefully and intentionally. And if we choose God and Good intentionally, even if it is harder, then we are also truly sons and daughters of God and as Jesus Christ himself said: “I said, 'You are "gods"; you are all sons of the Most High.” (Psalm 82:6). Jesus said: “Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods” If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came and Scripture cannot be set aside, what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?” (John 10: 34-36). In fact, if we choose God and Good, we are going to be one in the body of Christ as Jesus said: “that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” (John 17:21).
Human should choose whom he/she follows. Is Human going to follow his inside shadow/evil/weaknesses and Satan who lies and believes in the power and controlling over others and makes people his own slaves, or is Human going to follow God who is honest and believes in love, freedom and free-will and rights of everyone? Considering the nature of humans that if they are pure in heart, then, they get naturally attracted to love, they can grow in Christ. And as Dr Carl Jung says: “Jesus Christ represents a totality of a divine or heavenly kind, a glorified man, a son of God.” And the reason that billions of people love Christ is that they can recognize the archetype of “the self” in Christ and they want to be like Christ. We also read in the bible: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.” (Matthew 5:8). Christ is the highest level of consciousness that can be understood by humans’ minds because God, himself, incarnated himself into Jesus Christ, to teach and guide us. God is almighty and the highest and the wisest. Having that in mind, God let Satan exist as well and he let Satan rule this world while he could do the opposite, and he also let us have our free-will and be able to be Good or bad, and at the same time, he decided to become a man and teach us his principles and the way to salvation through Jesus Christ who was the son of man. Just because God let Satan be the ruler of this world, it does not mean that we should follow Satan! Exactly the opposite! God has let Satan be the ruler of this world so that Satan can tempt us so that we can understand both evil and God while we are having free-will so that we can make a difference between God and Satan with our Human mind. So, we should confront our own shadows and evil inside and win the fight against our own shadow and its temptations inside us and we should control it and then because our human-mind works in duality and polarity, in that case, as a result, we have to know God too and then we can truly follow God voluntarily and be truly Good and God-like in the body of Christ! God knew that to teach us properly, he had to make a perfect example of himself by incarnation into Jesus Christ and be a human-like us so that we can understand God. And as we say in The Apostles Creed, Jesus Christ was conceived by the holy ghost, born of virgin Mary, and suffered under Pontius Pilate and was crucified, dead and buried. He descended into hell, the third day he rose again from the dead and he ascended into heaven and sat on the right hand of God. He did all these things for us to guide us and save us from our own sins by showing and teaching us what to do and it has been the highest level of sacrifice and love! As Rowan Williams says in this chapter: “Jesus is supremely the one who makes God credible and trustworthy.” And Dr Carl Jung also says: “If I accept the fact that a God is absolute and beyond all human experiences, he leaves me cold. I do not affect him, nor does he affect me. But if I know that God is a powerful impulse in my soul, at once I must concern myself with him, for then he can become important.” Jung says: “If God wishes to be born as a man and to unite mankind in the fellowship of the holy ghost, he suffers the terrible torment of having to bear the world in its reality. It is a crux indeed, he himself is his own cross. The world is God’s suffering and every individual human being who wishes even to approach his own wholeness knows very well that this means bearing his own cross. But the eternal promise for him who bears his own cross is the Paraclete. The God-image was not destroyed by the Fall but was only damaged and deformed and can be restored through God’s grace. The scope of the integration is suggested by the descent of Christ’s soul to hell, its work of redemption embracing even the dead. Because Christ had lived so fully and devotedly, he won through to the resurrection body. The psychological equivalent of this is the integration of collective unconscious which forms an essential part of the individuation process”. Individuation is a process of transformation whereby the personal and collective unconscious is brought into consciousness i.e. knowing the evil inside and confronting it and controlling it and as a result, knowing and obeying light and the God so fully and devotedly.
Although there was nothing bland and obvious about Jesus in his own day since Jesus Christ is the purest representative of the true self or Jungian Archetype of "the Self" in all of us, the ones who were pure in heart could hear his words and identify him and it is still true even for people at our time. God loves us eternally and God loves his creation and God never starts being in a loving relationship, in fact, it is an aspect of what he is eternally, therefore, he incarnated in Jesus Christ to teach us. We as Christians should grow in Christ by following the perfect example of Jesus Christ. We should live our everyday life according to the principles and teachings of Jesus Christ. Rowan Williams says: “Christian’s teaching isn’t just static; it’s always trying to learn from the last set of mistakes.” Christ is the perfect example of balance, a perfect example of being a son of man and a son of God at the same time and in our Christian history, sometimes we overemphasise the human Jesus and forget the divine and sometimes, more commonly perhaps, it is the other way around, but somehow the language and the prayers and the pictures find their balance again and keep going because God made us out of his own image and our soul is from the same substance of God’s substance. Whoever, confronts his/her shadow and weaknesses and evil inside and win the battle within and controls the evil-inside, must witness God and Christ in his own heart too. As Dr Carl Gustave Jung says: To confront a person with his shadow is to show him his own light!
Christ is God that incarnated himself in a human body to teach us how to come back home and be one with him. Therefore, Jesus Christ has said in the bible that the ruler of this world has no power over me. And Therefore, Christ is the way. Christ is the beginning and the end.
