متاسفانه نه تنها حقوق بشر و حقوق اقلیت های مذهبی در ایران به دلیل قوانین اسلامی به شدت نقض میشود و انواع آزادی های اجتماعی و سیاسی و فرهنگی به رسمیت شناخته نمی شود حقوق زنان که بخشی از حقوق بشر هست به بدترین نحو ممکن مورد تهاجم و نقض قرار میگیرد. زنان نیمی از جامعه هستند و اگر نتوانند رشد کنند و آزاد باشند و دارای حقوق برابر باشند آن جامعه مانند بدن شخص معلولی است که نصف بدنش کار نمیکند و نمیتوان انتظار پیشرفت را از آن جامعه داشت. ولی بر اساس قوانین اسلامی در قانون اساسی دیکتاتوری جمهوری اسلامی ایران زنان در بسیاری از موارد حقوق برابر با مردان را ندارند و از زمان شروع انقلاب اسلامی در سال 1357 حقوق زنان در ایران به شدت نقض شده است. حتی بنیانگذار جمهوری اسلامی که آیت الله خمینی نام داشت در زمان شاه هم مخالف دادن حق رای به زنان بود و اعتقاد داشت زنان به هر اداره و جمعی وارد شوند آنجا را به فساد میکشانند. در زیر به مواردی از نقض حقوق زنان در جامعه ایران اشاره میکنم: 1- در ایران بر اساس قوانین اسلامی حق ارث زنان نصف حق ارث مردان است. 2- در ایران بر اساس قوانین اسلامی حق دیه زنان نصف حق دیه مردان است و به عبارتی دیگر از نظر حکومت دیکتاتوری جمهوری اسلامی ایران زنان تنها نصف یک مرد ارزش دارند.
3- در ایران بر اساس قوانین اسلامی حجاب اجباری است و زنان اجازه انتخاب پوشش و لباس خود را ندارند و بارها زنان بسیاری به علت نداشتن یا ناکامل بودن حجاب خود مورد اذیت و آزار و پیگرد قانونی قرار گرفته اند. 4- در ایران بر اساس قوانین اسلامی در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، حق برتری مرد نسبت به زن را اعلام کرده و می‌گوید: مرد می‌تواند زن را از هر عمل غیرضروری و عملی کە تکلیف شرعی او نیست و با استمتاعات متعارف او منافات دارد منع نماید، مانند خروج از خانە، ادامه تحصیل، حق کار کردن، حق شاغل شدن و… به عبارتی دیگر زنان بدون اجازه همسر خود در صورت متاهل بودن و یا بدون اجازه پدر خود در صورت مجرد بودن اجازه خروج از خانه و سفر یا ادامه تحصیل و یا کار کردن و شغل داشتن را ندارند. 5- در ایران بر اساس قوانین اسلامی زنان حق طلاق ندارند و به عبارتی مردان می توانند آن زن را به اسارت خود در آورند و قانون دیکتاتوری جمهوری اسلامی ایران از مردان در این مورد نیز حمایت میکند و همین موضوع بارها باعث خشونت های خانگی و حتی قتل های ناموسی و درون خانوادگی زنان و دختران ایرانی شده است.
6- زنانی که در ایران حجاب کامل ندارند در جامعه احساس امنیت نمی کنند زیرا موارد زیادی از اسید پاشی بر صورت های آنها توسط افراد بسیجی و مسلمان های افراطی و نیروهای لباس شخصی نزدیک به حکومت اتفاق افتاده است و حکومت هم نه تنها به دنبال پیگیری افراد متجاوز نبوده بلکه رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ایران که خامنه ای است و نمایندگان در نمازهای جمعه و شهر های مختلف بارها دستور آتش به اختیار و مقابله با بدحجاب ها را برای همه عموم مردم صادر کرده اند.
7- زنان در ایران اجازه ورود به اماکن عمومی خاصی مانند استادیوم های ورزشی را ندارند.
8- زنان در ایران مجاز به داشتن مشاغل خاص مانند آواز خواندن یا شرکت در مسابقات بین المللی پرورش اندام حرفه ای یا برخی ورزش ها نیستند زیرا جمهوری اسلامی معتقد است زنان با این مشاغل باعث گسترش فساد در جامعه می شوند.

موراد نقض حقوق زنان در ایران بسیار است و زنان در ایران شهروند درجه دوم محسوب می شوند و به اسارت کامل گرفته شده اند و این فقط باعث فلج شدن جامعه و عقب افتادگی جامعه ایران می شود. وقتی زنانی آزاد و قوی و توانا و با اعتماد به نفس نباشند مادرانی فهمیده نیز وجود نخواهد داشت و بنابراین بچه های بالغ و فهمیده ای هم در اون جامعه تربیت نخواهند شد.

اما مردم عزیز ایران، یادمان نرود که اگر ما حتی بخواهیم از حقوق بشر خدادادی خود دفاع کنیم هم باید این دفاع از خود را از راه های مسالمت آمیز انجام دهیم. راههایی مانند شرکت نکردن در انتخابات های رژیم، اعتصابات سراسری، نا فرمانی های مدنی و راهپیمایی های کاملا مسالمت آمیز برای بیان خواسته ها و اعتراضات خود. ما همه انسان هستیم و هرگز نباید به دنبال انتقام باشیم. دفاع شخصی مسالمیت آمیز و ضروری و واقعی درست و خوب است اما انتقام و خشونت و تنفر نباید در ما وجود داشته باشد. یادمان نرود بخشش بهتر از انتقام است و همه ما مخلوق های خداوند عزیز هستیم. ما کسانی که بر علیه ما ستم کرده و گناه کرده اند را میبخشیم تا خداوند عاشق و متعال نیز گناهان ما را ببخشد. _______________________________________________________________________
Unfortunately, not only human rights and the rights of religious minorities in Iran are severely violated by Islamic law, but all kinds of social, political and cultural freedoms are not recognized. Women's rights, which are part of human rights, are aggressively violated in the worst possible way. Women are half of society, and if they can not grow or progress and be free and have equal rights, that society is like the body of a disabled person whose body is not working and one cannot expect progress from that society. However, according to Islamic law in the dictatorial regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, women in many cases do not have equal rights with men, and since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, women's rights in Iran have been severely violated. Even the founder of the Islamic Republic, cruel Ayatollah Khomeini, was opposed to giving women the right to vote during the Shah's reign because Khomeine believing that women would enter any department or group and corrupt it. The following are some of the violations of women's rights in Iranian society:
1- In Iran, according to Islamic law, women's right to inherit is half of men's right to inherit.
2- In Iran, according to Islamic law, in terms of ransom women are worth half of the ransom comparing to men, and in other words, according to the dictatorial government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, a woman is worth only half of a man.
3- In Iran, according to Islamic law, hijab is mandatory and women are not allowed to choose their clothes and clothing, and many women have been harassed and prosecuted many times for not having or completing their hijab.
4- In Iran, according to the Islamic laws in the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the right of man to be superior to woman is declared and says: Man can deprive woman of any unnecessary action that is not their Islamic duty and men can therefore forbid women in many things, such as leaving home, continuing education, the right to work, the right to work, etc. In other words, women are not allowed to leave home and travel or continue their education or having a job without their husbands' permission (if they are married) or without their father's permission (if they are single).
5.In Iran, according to Islamic law, women do not have the right to divorce, in other words, men can take that woman captive, and the dictatorial law of the Islamic Republic of Iran also supports men in this regard, and this issue often causes domestic violence and even family killings of Iranian women and girls within extremist Islamic families.
6- Women who do not wear full hijab in Iran do not feel safe in society because many cases of acid spraying on their faces have happened by Basijis and Muslim extremists and plainclothes forces who are close to the regime, and the regime has not pursued the aggressors. Even the supreme leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is Khamenei, and his representatives in the Friday prayers and in different cities have repeatedly given the order to fire at will and to confront the bad hijabs to people.
7- Women in Iran are not allowed to enter certain public places such as sports stadiums.
8- Women in Iran are not allowed to have certain jobs such as singing or competing in international professional bodybuilding competition or certain sports because the Islamic Republic believes that women with these jobs will spread corruption in society. There are many cases of violation of women's rights in Iran, and women in Iran are considered second-class citizens and have been taken into complete captivity, and this only causes paralysis of society and backwardness of Iranian society. When there are no free, strong, capable and confident women, there will be no understanding mothers, and therefore no mature and understanding children will be raised in that society.

But dear people of Iran, we should remember that if we even want to defend our own God-giving human rights, we should do this self-defence through peaceful ways such as not participating in the regime elections, nationwide strikes, civil disobedience and completely peaceful demonstrations to express our demands and protests. We are all human beings and we should never seek revenge. Peaceful and necessary and authentic self-defence is right and good, but revenge, violence and hatred should not be in us. Let us not forget that forgiveness is better than revenge and we are all creatures of loving God. We forgive those who trespass against us so that loving almighty God forgives us our trespasses.
