به گذارش خبرگذاری ایران اینترنشنال: ٬٬ جامعه جهانی بهایی در سازمان ملل با انتشار بیانیه‌ای از افزایش فشار بر جامعه بهائيان در ایران و آزار و اذیت آنها خبر داد و این موضوع را تحولی هولناک و بسیار نگران‌کننده توصیف کرد.
نماینده ارشد جامعه جهانیِ بهایی در سازمان ملل از حکم زندان، تهدید و افزایش فشارها علیه دست کم ٧١ بهایی در ایران طی هفته‌های اخیر خبر داد.
بانی دوگال می گوید بیش از سه هزار مقاله حاوی تبلیغات بر علیه آئین بهایی در طی سال جاری میلادی در ایران منتشر شده است. به گفته دوگال تعداد این مقالات در چهار ماه نخست سال دو برابر شده است.
در این بیانیه آمده است در جلسه دادگاه گروهی از بهاییان در شیراز، معاون دادستان تهدید کرد، بهاییان شیراز را ریشه کن خواهد کرد و برای آنها بین یک تا ۱۳ سال احکام حبس در نظر گرفت. همزمان با انتشار این خبر احکام احضار ۲۶ شهروند بهایی ساکن شیراز از سوی دادگاه انقلاب این شهر صادر و رسانه‌ای شده است ٬٬

حکومت ظالم جمهوری اسلامی ایران از روز اول شروع به سرکوب و اذیت و آزار و قتل و بازداشت بهائیان نمود. حکومت ظالم جمهوری اسلامی اعتقادی به آزادی بیان و آزادی ادیان ندارد و از آنجا که حکومت دیکتاتوری جمهوری اسلامی بقای خود را در سرکوب هر نوع عقیده ی دیگری غیر از اسلام شیعی میبیند از روز اول شروع به اذیت و آزار پیروان ادیان دیگر نمود. اگرچه جمهوری اسلامی میگوید که به مسیحیان، یهودیان و زرتشتیان احترام میگذارد اما این رژیم برای مسلمانان و به ویژه شیعیان امتیازها و تبعیض قایل شده و پیروان ادیان دیگر موانع زیادی در طول زندگی خود در ایران دارند و اگر شخصی مسلمان دین خود را به مسیحیت یا یهودیت یا زرتشتی یا هر دین دیگری تغییر دهد، بر طبق قوانین مرتد شناخته شده و مجازاتش اعدام و مرگ است. وقتی صحبت از بهائیت میشود، جمهوری اسلامی بهائیت را حتی دین نمیداند و از مظلوم ترین این اقلیت های مذهبی، بهائیان در ایران هستند.
جمهوری اسلامی نزدیک به دویست تن از بهائیان فعال و سرشناس را به اتهاماتی چون نقض قوانین اسلامی، توطئه و جاسوسی برای صیهونیسم و امپریالیسم جهانی اعدام کرد. بسیاری از اعضای محفل‌های بهائی (شوراهای ۹ نفره در هر شهر یا روستا که با رأی مستقیم بهائیان انتخاب میشوند و مسئولیت اداره امور جامعه بهائی را بر عهده دارند) را ربود و تا امروز هم از سرنوشت آنان خبری در دست نیست. بسیاری دیگر را با حمله به خانه‌هایشان بازداشت و اعدام کرد. بعضی دیگر از آنان را به اتهامات یاد شده اذیت و شکنجه و حبس کرد.
بهائیانی که به دیدار مقبره بهاء‌الله و باب در اسرائیل رفته بودند یا کمک مالی برای مرکز جهانی بهائی فرستاده بودند متهم به حمایت از صهیونیسم شدند، اگرچه تاسیس این مرکز به سالهای پیش از تاسیس دولت اسرائيل برمی‌گردد.
از آغاز انقلاب چندین مورد تخریب گورستان‌های بهائیان و درآوردن اجساد مردگانشان در شهرهای مختلف دیده شده و همچنین حمله به خانه‌های بهائیان، شعارنویسی بر دیوارهای شهر علیه آنان و آزار و اذیتشان و تحقیر کودکان بهائی در مدارس و معابر به دلیل باورهای دینی والدینشان.
جمهوری اسلامی همچنین به طور نظام‌مند اموال و دارایی‌های شرکت‌های متعلق به بهائیان را مصادره کرد، کارمندان، دانشجویان و استادان بهائی را اخراج کرد، کارمندان بهائی بازنشسته را محروم از دریافت حقوق بازنشستگی کرد و محفل‌های محلی و ملی بهائیان را از هم پاشاند.
از آنجا که جمهوری اسلامی مراسم ازدواج بهائیان را نامشروع و غیرقانونی میداند، دفاتری که ازدواج بهائیان را ثبت کرده بودند متهم به رواج فحشا شدند. مجلس شورای اسلامی پدران و مادران بهائی را از آموزش بهائیت به فرزندانشان منع کرده است. مدارس از ثبت نام کودکان بهائی امتناع می‌کردند، به بهائیان کارت سهمیه مواد غذایی نمی‌دادند و تا امروز جلوی تحصیل دانشگاهی جوانان بهائی را می‌گیرند.
در سالهای اخیر رسانه‌های خارج از کشور و سازمان‌های حقوق بشر اسنادی را منتشر کرده‌اند که نشان می‌دهد تبعیض و آزار گسترده علیه بهائیان در ایران از همان آغاز روی کار آمدن جمهوری اسلامی توسط بالاترین نهادهای حکومتی چون شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی و با تأیید روحانیون قدرتمند برنامه‌ریزی شده است. در کانون این برنامه‌ریزی "مسدود کردن راه ترقی و توسعه بهائیان" قرار دارد. آنان از حقوق شهروندی‌ای چون تحصیل و استخدام در اداره‌ها محرومند.
حکومت ظالم جمهوری اسلامی ایران مذهب شیعه را مذهب رسمی کشور اعلام کرده و برخورداری از حقوق مدنی و شهروندی را نیز وابسته به تعلق به این مذهب شیعه میداند.
محدودیت بهائیان ایران برای دریافت کارت ملی:
حکومت جمهوری اسلامی ایران به تازگی با حذف گذینه "سایر ادیان" از فرم درخواست کارت ملی، سعی در حذف بهاییان از ثبت شدن به عنوان شهروند را دارد. این رژیم ستمگر به راحتی حقوق اولیه شهروندی و بشر ایرانیان را نقض میکند. متاسفانه از این پس بهاییان اجازه دریافت کارت ملی را ندارند و این بدین معنی است که آنها از هیچ حقوقی در جامعه برخوردار نیستند. آنها نه میتوانند به مدرسه یا دانشگاه بروند و نه میتوانند در جایی استخدام شوند. حق ازدواج یا خرید ملک ندارند و هیچ گونه بیمه ای شامل انها نمیشود. برای بهاییان ایران از این پس، نه فقط ثبت‌نام کنکور، بلکه ثبت‌نام مدرسه، امور بانکی، ثبت اسناد، خرید و فروش ملک و دارایی، گرفتن انواع و اقسام مجوزهای دارایی و شهرداری، پاسپورت، گواهینامه رانندگی، شناسنامه (و کارت ملی) برای فرزند، انحصار وراثت و ... بر طبق قانون جمهوری اسلامی برای بهاییان ممکن نیست. به طور کلی بهاییان در ایران به عنوان یک انسان شناخته نمیشوند و از هیچ گونه حقی برخوردار نخواهند بود.
چه کسی پاسخگوی این همه انسان است؟ با تبعات بعدی این تصمیم چگونه برخورد میشود؟ متاسفانه حکومت ستمگر جمهوری اسلامی ایران قصد دارد تا با حذف بهاییان ایرانی از جامعه آنها را مجبور به تغییر دینشان کند در حالی که بر طبق قوانین حقوق بشر، هر انسان اجازه دارد تا دین خود را انتخاب کند و پیروی کند تا زمانی که به عقاید و حقوق دیگران بر طبق حقوق بشر احترام میگذارد.
این حکومت هیچگونه ترسی از نقض حقوق بشر و نقض آزادی ادیان و آزادی بیان ندارد.
این رژیم ستمگر به راحتی تمامی مخالفان خود را دستگیر و شکنجه و زندانی و اعدام میکند. زندان های ایران پر از دانشجوهای معترض، زندانیان سیاسی و زندانی های عقیدتی است که زندانیان آنها تنها به دلیل پیروی از دینی دیگر در زندان هستند. به طور کلی جزای کسی که دین خود را از اسلام به دینی دیگر تغییر دهد اعدام و مرگ است زیرا بر طبق قانون جمهوری اسلامی کسانی که از دین اسلام جدا میشوند، مرتد شناخته شده و مجازات آنها اعدام است. حتی اقلیت های دینی از قبیل بهاییان که از کودکی در خانواده بهایی زاده شده اند، فرقه ی ظاله شناخته میشوند و اجازه شناخته شدن به عنوان شهروند را ندارند و به طور کلی هیچ حقوقی در جامعه ندارند.
اما مردم عزیز ایران، یادمان نرود که اگر ما حتی بخواهیم از حقوق بشر خدادادی خود دفاع کنیم هم باید این دفاع از خود را از راه های مسالمت آمیز انجام دهیم. راههایی مانند شرکت نکردن در انتخابات های رژیم، اعتصابات سراسری، نا فرمانی های مدنی و راهپیمایی های کاملا مسالمت آمیز برای بیان خواسته ها و اعتراضات خود. ما همه انسان هستیم و هرگز نباید به دنبال انتقام باشیم. دفاع شخصی مسالمیت آمیز و ضروری و واقعی درست و خوب است اما انتقام و خشونت و تنفر نباید در ما وجود داشته باشد. یادمان نرود بخشش بهتر از انتقام است و همه ما مخلوق های خداوند عزیز هستیم. ما کسانی که بر علیه ما ستم کرده و گناه کرده اند را میبخشیم تا خداوند عاشق و متعال نیز گناهان ما را ببخشد. ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ :According to Iran Intertational news Report
"Baháʼí International Community in the United Nations has published a statement and announced that the Islamic Republic of Iran has increased the pressure and persecution on Bahais in Iran which is horrendous and terrible.
The representative of Bahai's International Community in United Nations said that at least 71 people who were Baha'is, have been imprisoned and threatened and persecuted in the last several weeks. Bani Dugal said that more than 3000 article against Bahaism has been published in Iran in this current year and the number of these articles has been doubled in the first 4 months of this year. According to that statement, in a court for condemning a group of Bahais in Shiraz (a city in Iran), the vice prosecutor has threatened that he will destroy Bahaism in Shiraz and he has considered 1 to 13 years prison time for Bahais. At the same time of publishing this news, 26 Bahais in Shiraz has been called officially to attend the court and this news has been published in media."

Although this regime says that they will respect Jews, Christians and Zoroastrians, Shia Muslim people are a lot privileged and Jews and Christians and Zoroastrians have many obstacles during their life in Iran and if a Muslim changes his religion to something else the punishment is execution and they will be punished by death according to the Islamic law. When it comes to Bahaism, The Islamic Republic of Iran does not even consider this as a religion and calls them infidels and pagans.
The cruel regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran does not let Bahai's people go to universities or work in national organisations. This regime does not let Bahai's children go to school. This regime killed and arrested too many Bahai's Iranian people so far just because of their beliefs. This regime of Iran destroys and demolishes many graveyards of Bahai's people in Iran. This regime executed a lot of Bahai's just because they do not believe in Shia Islam. Bahai's are peaceful and believe in peace and friendship among all countries while the supreme leader of Iran who is Khamenei believes in war with his enemies who he names them as the enemies of God.
The Islamic Republic executed nearly 200 active and prominent Baha'is on charges of violating Islamic law, conspiracy, and espionage for Israel, Zionism and global imperialism. Many members of the Baha'is Congregation (the nine-member councils in each town or village elected directly by the Baha'is to run the affairs of the Baha'is community) were abducted, and their fate is still unknown. The Islamic Republic of Iran arrested and executed many others by raiding their homes and also harassed, tortured, and imprisoned other ones.
Baha'is who visited Shrine of Bahá'u'lláh in Israel or donated money to the Baha'is World Center have been accused of supporting Israel and Zionism, although the centre dates back to years before the state of Israel was established.
Since the beginning of the Islamic revolution in Iran, there have been several cases of demolition of Baha'i cemeteries and exhumation of their dead bodies in various cities, as well as attacks on Baha'i homes, slogans against them on the city walls, and harassment and humiliation of Baha'i children in schools and streets because of their parents' religious beliefs. The Islamic Republic also systematically confiscated the property and assets of Baha'i-owned companies, expelled Baha'i employees, students, and professors disqualified retired Baha'i employees and disbanded local and national Baha'i circles.
Because the Islamic Republic considers Baha'i marriage illegal, the registrars of Baha'i marriages were accused of prostitution. The Islamic Consultative Assembly has banned Baha'i parents from educating their children on the Baha'i Faith. Schools refused to enrol Baha'i children, did not issue Baha'i food ration cards, and to this day prevent Baha'i youth from attending university.
In recent years, foreign media and human rights organizations have published documents showing widespread discrimination and harassment against Baha'is in Iran from the very beginning of the Islamic Republic by the highest governmental institutions such as the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution and with the approval of powerful clerics. At the heart of this planning is "blocking the progress and development of the Baha'is." They are deprived of citizenship rights such as education and employment in offices.
The cruel regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran has declared the Shia Islam religion the official religion of the country and considers the enjoyment of civil and citizenship rights to belong to only this Shia Islam religion.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has recently removed the option "other religion" from the forms of applications for National ID Card in Iran so that Iranian people with religions such as Bahaism cannot get National ID Card in Iran. This cruel regime tries to remove and eliminate Bahaism in Iran and this tyrannical regime easily violates basic Iranian citizenship and human rights.
Unfortunately, from now on, Bahais cannot get a national ID card in Iran which means that they do not have any rights as a human being in Iran. They can neither go to school or university nor getting a job in Iran. They cannot get married or buy any properties and they cannot also get insurance cards. They can neither have a bank account nor any other documents such as driving licence or passport. They cannot even inherit from their parents. Basically, by the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Bahais are not known as human or people in Iran and they have not any rights at all and Bahaism is not a religion at all and it is known as dark sect and forbidden to follow.
But how is going to answer these people? How they are going to react to the consequences of this decision?
Unfortunately, the Islamic Republic of Iran tries to make Bahais change their religion. But based on Human Rights, each person has the right of choosing his/her own religion as long as he/she respects other people's rights and human rights.
This totalitarian regime is not afraid of violating basic Iranian citizenship and human rights and freedom of religion and beliefs and freedom of speech.
This tyrannic regime arrests, tortures, imprisons and executes and kills easily anyone who is defending his/her basic human rights. The prisons in Iran is full of students and protesters and political prisoners and prisoners who are prisoned just because of their religion. In fact, if someone changes his/her religion from Islam to something else, by the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, he/she would be known as a apostate and he/she will be executed and punished by death according to Islamic law.
But dear people of Iran, we should remember that if we even want to defend our own God-giving human rights, we should do this self-defence through peaceful ways such as not participating in the regime elections, nationwide strikes, civil disobedience and completely peaceful demonstrations to express our demands and protests. We are all human beings and we should never seek revenge. Peaceful and necessary and authentic self-defence is right and good, but revenge, violence and hatred should not be in us. Let us not forget that forgiveness is better than revenge and we are all creatures of loving God. We forgive those who trespass against us so that loving almighty God forgives us our trespasses.
