ادیب ولی, دانش آموز ۱۵ سالهای است که در دوره‌های ابتدایی و راهنمایی در مسابقات بین‌المللی روباتیک و هوش مصنوعی مقام نخست را به دست آورد. او تنها به دلیل بهایی بودن از مدرسه‌اش اخراج شد. بیش از چهار دهه است که رژیم ایران جامعه بهایی را مورد آزار و اذیت قرار داده و آنها را زندانی و از حقوق اساسی خود محروم کرده است.آنها از اشتغال محروم و از شرکت کردن در نظام آموزشی رژیم منع شده اند. این گونه تبعیض که تنها مختص به رژیم است، هر روز به ایرانیان صدمه زده و ملت را از دستیابی کامل به توان بالقوه خود محروم می‌کند. بار دیگر رژیم، با استعداد‌ترین و نوید بخشترین شهروندان خود را مورد هدف قرار میدهد.

رژیم تمامیت خواه دیکتاتوری اسلامی جمهوری اسلامی همواره به شکل های مختلف حقوق بشر ایرانیان را مورد تجاوز قرار داده است. آزادی بیان و آزادی دین و آزادی پوشش برای زنان و آزادی رسانه ها و دموکراسی در ایران وجود ندارد و معترضان به شدت سرکوب میشوند و زندان ها پر از زندانیان سیاسی است.

مسوولان مدرسه «سلام» در شهرستان کرج از ثبت‌نام یک دانش‌آموز ۱۵ ساله بهایی خودداری کردند.
هویت این دانش‌آموز، «ادیب ولی»، ورودی پایه دهم اعلام شده که به دلیل بهایی بودن، از ادامه تحصیل محروم شده است.
او دوره سه ساله اول دبیرستان از پایه هفتم تا نهم را در مدرسه سلام البرز با رتبه نخست و کسب معدل ۱۹.۸۲ گذرانده است.
خانواده این دانش‌آموز چهارشنبه گذشته طی تماس تلفنی، از سوی مدیریت دوره دوم دبیرستان سلام، از محرومیت تحصیل فرزند خود مطلع شده‌اند.
یکی از نزدیکان ادیب ولی به «استان‌وایر» گفت از آن جا که این دانش‌آموز در فرم ثبت‌نام، دین خود را بهایی اعلام کرده است، مدیران این مدرسه با ثبت‌نامش مخالفت کرده‌اند.
محرومیت از تحصیل این دانش‌آموز در حالی رخ میدهد که طی سالهای گذشته ادیب ولی در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی، از دبستان و راهنمایی، موفق به کسب مقام اول در مسابقات بین‌المللی رباتیک و هوش مصنوعی شده است.
حتی مغازه و تجارت پدر ادیب هم فقط به علت بهایی بودن، توسط دادگاه محکوم و برای ۱۲ سال بسته شده است و اعتراضات او راه به جایی نبرده است. دایی/عمو ادیب در سن ۱۲ سالگی توسط افراطی هادر حسین آباد کرج در سال ۱۳۶۹ کشته شد زیرا رژیم دیکتاتوری جمهوری اسلامی ایران، کشتن بهاییان را مجاز اعلام کرد. پدر ادیب که در آن زمان ۱۰ ساله بود جنازه برادر ۱۲ ساله خود را در چاه پیدا کرد.
اگر چه بهاییان از ورود به دانشگاه به طور سیستماتیک منع میشوند، معمولا آنها در سطوح پایین تحصیلی مثل مدرسه هم منع میشوند
اما مردم عزیز ایران، یادمان نرود که اگر ما حتی بخواهیم از حقوق بشر خدادادی خود دفاع کنیم هم باید این دفاع از خود را از راه های مسالمت آمیز انجام دهیم. راههایی مانند شرکت نکردن در انتخابات های رژیم، اعتصابات سراسری، نا فرمانی های مدنی و راهپیمایی های کاملا مسالمت آمیز برای بیان خواسته ها و اعتراضات خود. ما همه انسان هستیم و هرگز نباید به دنبال انتقام باشیم. دفاع شخصی مسالمیت آمیز و ضروری و واقعی درست و خوب است اما انتقام و خشونت و تنفر نباید در ما وجود داشته باشد. یادمان نرود بخشش بهتر از انتقام است و همه ما مخلوق های خداوند عزیز هستیم. ما کسانی که بر علیه ما ستم کرده و گناه کرده اند را میبخشیم تا خداوند عاشق و متعال نیز گناهان ما را ببخشد.

Adib Vali is a 15 years old student who got expelled and banned from school just because of his belief which is Bahaism. He could achieve the first place and several prizes and awards in the international competition of robotic and artificial intelligence. It is more than 4 decades that Iran's regime has been persecuting Bahai's community in Iran and the regime has been disrespecting and breaching Bahai's rights and has been imprisoning them. Often, they cannot get employed and they cannot continue their studies in Iran educational system. These discriminations just damage Iranians and stop people from getting developed considering Iranians' high potentials. Again, this regime persecutes talented civilians.

This totalitarian Islamic dictatorial regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been breaching Iranians' human rights since more than 4 decades i.e since the beginning of this regime. There is no freedom of speech or freedom of religion and belief or freedom of clothing or free media or democracy. The Iranian protestors have been being imprisoned, tortured and executed.

A 15-year-old elite Baha’i student in Karaj near Tehran, was banned from continuing his education due to his religious beliefs.
According to the Human Rights News Agency, Adib Vali was not allowed to register for the tenth grade. Despite having received several medals for his achievements he was told in a call from the principal at Salam School yesterday that he could not continue his studies at the school. Adib had studied grade 7 – 9 at Salam School and was the top of his class.
An informed source said that the elite Baha’i student was banned from education after he wrote he was Baha’i in a school form. “Last week his files were transferred from the first year to the second year of high school. He was given a form to fill out with his personal information. There was a question in the form that asked about his religion,” the source said.
“In the Baha’i religion, honesty and truth are taught and encouraged, therefore Vali wrote his true religion. The office staff said they would take the issue to their superiors in Tehran.” He was then told that he could not continue his studies.
Adib Vali has received several first-place medals in international robotics and Artificial Intelligence contests, as well as being the highest scoring student in his grade.
According to the report, Adib’s father, Payam Vali, has also been discriminated against by the regime. His business has been shut down on court orders for 12 years now. His appeals against the shut down to the Supreme Court and other judicial organizations have not been successful.
Adib’s uncle, Afshin Vali, was killed at the age of 12 by extremists in Hossein Abad village in Alborz province in 1990 because the regime had announced that killing Baha’is was permissible. Adib’s father, who was 10 at the time, found the body of his 12-year-old brother thrown inside a well.
Even though Baha’i citizens are systematically banned from Universities, they are sometimes banned from lower educational institutions as well.
But dear people of Iran, we should remember that if we even want to defend our own God-giving human rights, we should do this self-defence through peaceful ways such as not participating in the regime elections, nationwide strikes, civil disobedience and completely peaceful demonstrations to express our demands and protests. We are all human beings and we should never seek revenge. Peaceful and necessary and authentic self-defence is right and good, but revenge, violence and hatred should not be in us. Let us not forget that forgiveness is better than revenge and we are all creatures of loving God. We forgive those who trespass against us so that loving almighty God forgives us our trespasses.
